Staging Tips.

Tip 1 - The Hallway.

When selling or renting a property, the hallway should be a key focus in the staging process, as it provides the first impression.

However, this area is often neglected and used as a dumping ground for clothes,  shoes bikes etc.. At Staged Set , we place a significant emphasis on creating a welcoming space. We achieve this by incorporating artwork, mirrors, and, where possible, pieces of furniture to enhance that crucial initial first impression.

Tip 2 - Bathroom & Kitchen.

When it comes to bathrooms, remember that no one wants to see your personal toiletries. Store away toothpaste, shampoo, and other items. Opt for plain white towels—hotels use white towels for a reason as they look clean and neutral. The same principle applies to kitchens: keep everything tidy, put away, and spotless.

Tip 3 - Keep it neutral.

Remove all personal photographs and any letters or documents that could give away personal information. Keep everywhere neutral so that potential buyers can easily envision themselves living in the space. A neutral environment allows them to imagine their own belongings and style in the home, making it more appealing and increasing the likelihood of a sale.

Tip 4 - Cleaning.

Make sure everywhere is spotless. If your carpet is more than 12 months old and you’re planning to sell, consider re-carpeting. Even with professional cleaning, older carpets can retain odours that are hard to eliminate.

Tip 5 - Flowers.

Finally fresh flowers , you can beat them they lift ant room - including the hall!
